What is the D&I Protocol?

The Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Protocol guarantees that the best quality standards and expectations to host the LGBTQ+ community are respected, that LGBTQ+ guests are welcome and can find dedicated services (tours, maps, etc) when staying in a QUEERVADIS-validated hotel. In addition, this D&I protocol guarantees that staff is trained and treated as per the best diversity management standards and jurisdiction. Annual audits are led by AITGL (Italian Gay and Lesbian Travel Association), to verify the upkeeping of the validation. Travel operators can choose amongst three different validation levels, in compliance with their commitment and advocacy to promoting and hosting and the LGBTQ+ community: Silver, Gold and Platinum.
